Fred D. Anderson has served as a director of eBay since July 2003. Mr. Anderson has been a Managing Director of Elevation Partners, a private equity firm focused on the media and entertainment industry, since July 2004. Mr. Anderson also serves on the Board of Directors of Yelp Inc.
Edward W. Barnholt has served as a director of eBay since April 2005. Mr. Barnholt served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Agilent Technologies, Inc., a measurement company, from May 1999 until his retirement in March 2005. Mr. Barnholt also serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of KLA-Tencor Corporation, a member of the Board of Directors of Adobe Systems Incorporated, and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
Anthony J. Bates has served as a director of eBay since March 2015. Mr. Bates has served as President of GoPro, Inc. since June 2014. Mr. Bates also serves on the Board of Directors of GoPro, Inc. and Sirius XM Holdings Inc.
Logan D. Green has served as a director of eBay since June 2016. Mr. Green has been the co-founder and CEO of Lyft, a peer-to-peer ridesharing company, since 2012. Mr. Green also serves on the Board of Directors of Lyft.
Bonnie S. Hammer has served as a director of eBay since January 2015. Ms. Hammer has been Chairman of NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment, a division of NBCUniversal, since November 2010. She also is a member of the Board of Directors of IAC, the media and entertainment company headed by Barry Diller.
Kathleen C. Mitic has served as a director of eBay since September 2011. Ms. Mitic is the Founder and CEO of Sitch Inc. (formerly Three Koi Labs Inc.), a mobile start-up company formed in August 2012. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Special Olympics International.
Pierre M. Omidyar founded eBay as a sole proprietorship in September 1995. He has served as director since eBay's incorporation in May 1996 and also served as Chairman of the Board until July 2015. Mr. Omidyar is the Founding Partner and Chairman of Omidyar Network, a philanthropic investment firm committed to creating opportunity for individuals to improve their lives and Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Publisher of Civil Beat, an online news service formed in 2010. Mr. Omidyar serves on the Board of Trustees of Omidyar-Tufts Microfinance Fund, the Punahou School, Santa Fe Institute, and the Roshan Cultural Heritage Institute. In 2009, Pierre was appointed by President Obama to serve as a Commissioner for the President's Commission on Fellowships.
Paul S. Pressler has served as a director of eBay since September 2015. Mr. Pressler is a partner at the private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC., and serves as Chairman of David's Bridal, Inc. and SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. He also serves as a board member of The DryBar, Inc, previously served as President and CEO of Gap Inc. and spent 15 years in senior leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, including President of The Disney Stores.
Robert H. Swan has served as a director of eBay since July 2015. Mr. Swan has been an Operating Partner for General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm, since September 2015 and previously served as eBay Inc. Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer from March 2006 through July 2015.
Thomas J. Tierney has served as a director of eBay since March 2003 and was appointed as Chairman of the Board in July 2015. Mr. Tierney is co-founder of The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit that collaborates with mission-driven leaders and organizations to help accelerate social impact, and has been its Chairman of the Board since late 1999.
Perry M. Traquina has served as a director of eBay since January 2015. Mr. Traquina served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Partner of Wellington Management Company LLP, a global investment management firm, for a decade until his retirement from the firm in 2014.
Devin N. Wenig has served as a director as well as President and CEO of eBay since July 2015. Mr. Wenig joined eBay in September 2011 after more than 18 years at Thomson Reuters.
